From 13th to 17th October, our school took part in Maths Week 2025, an exciting event that encouraged all our pupils to see the fun and creativity in maths!
Throughout the week, the children engaged in a wide variety of hands-on maths activities, games, puzzles, trails and challenges — all designed in line with the new Primary Maths Curriculum.
Taking part in Maths Week helped children to:
Build a positive attitude towards maths.
Strengthen their reasoning and problem-solving skills.
See how maths connects to everyday life.
Enjoy learning through collaboration and creativity.
It was a fantastic week of learning, laughter and discovery — proving that maths is not just about numbers, but about thinking, exploring, and having fun!
