Lidl Farm Tour 

On our recent school tour to the Lidl Farm the children from 1st to 6th class continued to explore our September theme of food and farming. The children learned all about growing vegetables and explored the different types of farms across Ireland. They even tried their hand at making butter. A highlight of the day was touring Lidl’s impressive distribution centre, where the students got a behind-the-scenes look at how food reaches our tables. To top it off, the train ride and scavenger hunt added excitement and teamwork to a memorable day. A big thank you to Lidl for hosting us and inspiring our young learners to appreciate Irish farming and food production!"
