Senior Room Tour to Funtasia Theme Park, Drogheda
We are thrilled to share the highlights of our recent senior room's school tour to Funtasia Theme Park in Drogheda! This much-anticipated trip was filled with fun, laughter, and adventure and the children had an unforgettable experience.
Skyclimb Challenge
Our day began with the exhilarating Skyclimb challenge. This high ropes course tested the children’s bravery and agility. As they climbed, balanced, and navigated through various obstacles, they demonstrated impressive determination and courage. The 60ft leap of fate to the ground floor to finish off the course was one of the highlights of the day.
Waterpark Adventure
Next on the itinerary was a visit to the Waterpark. The children couldn't wait to dip in the pools and zoom down the slides. There was great fun had by all between 'The Boomerang' and the 'The Superbowl'.
Crazy Golf Fun
On the crazy golf course the students showcased their putting skills while navigating through creatively designed courses. The spinner challenges added an extra layer of enjoyment and friendly competition. These challenges included 'putting with your eyes closed', 'kneeling to put', and 'using one hand to put'.
A Day of Memories
Our trip to Funtasia Theme Park was an opportunity for students to bond, challenge themselves, and create lasting memories. The activities promoted physical fitness, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fun and engaging environment. We are incredibly proud of how our students represented the school with their excellent behaviour and enthusiastic participation.
