Cumann na mbunscol Football Final

Our school football team had a brilliant season winning all their group games, then a Semi-final v Dysart NS on 10th April. The highlight of this journey came when they reached the final in Cusack Park on Tuesday, 20th May. Their opposition was Drumraney NS,  last year's champions. There were huge preparations before this day as the school was decorated in blue and yellow and good luck signs were erected. On the day the team delivered an outstanding performance, showing incredible skill, determination and teamwork in front of all their supporters. Each player gave it their all and the game was a thrilling contest from start to finish. Although Moyvore narrowly lost in the end, their efforts and spirit were truly inspiring. Thanks to all the coaches who trained the team, Ms. Scally, Ann Marie Creagh and Frank McLoughlin, Bernie Corroon for her coaching and all the families and supporters. It was such a memorable occasion!
