GAA Blitz

The children in the Senior Room took part in a hurling and football blitz at St. Loman’s G.A.A pitch. A number of two teacher schools in the Westmeath area took part and the children were divided into mixed teams. This provided an excellent opportunity for the children to play alongside, and get to know children from other schools. A big thank you to Westmeath GAA for running an amazing event and the T.Y. students of CBS for refereeing the matches. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day.
