Buddy Reading 

Our Buddy Reading strategy is when our Senior pupils are paired up with a Junior pupil for reading activities. This strategy is beneficial for both the younger and older child. For the older children, they gain an opportunity to develop fluency and a sense of pride in their accomplishments. The younger children are exposed to positive, enjoyable reading experiences which fosters a love of reading overall!
